For Hot Honey Mild we use the most delicate Polyfloral honey, collected from meadow grass pollen, as well as a little spiciness of Jalapeño chili pepper and white wine vinegar. It is suitable for lovers of slightly spicy and will become a piquant addition to many of your dishes.
Sauce is best used with meat dishes, such as baked pork ribs, veal, chicken, stews with vegetables, and drizzled over finished dishes.
