Honey-Garlic Fried Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 500 g raw shrimp
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 limes
- 1 small bunch fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 50 g butter
- 0.5-1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
- 1 portion Hot Honey Mild size of 60 grams

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Shrimp: Peel the shrimp, removing the shells and the intestinal vein. Ensure that the shrimp are raw and not pre-cooked to achieve a tender texture. Rinse them under cold running water and pat dry.
2. Prepare Garlic and Lime: Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Chop the parsley. Cut one lime into wedges and set aside for serving. Cut the other lime into thirds and juice it, keeping the juice for the sauce.
3. Cook Garlic: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and a little bit of vegetable oil to prevent the butter from burning. Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and cook until it becomes lightly golden and fragrant.
4. Cook Shrimp: Increase the heat to high. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
5. Make the Sauce: Lower the heat to low. In the same skillet with the garlic, add Hot Honey Mild, lime juice (about 1 tbsp), salt, and freshly ground pepper. Stir and cook the sauce over low heat until itthickens slightly.
6. Glaze the Shrimp: Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss them in the honey-garlic sauce until they are well coated and heated through, about 1 minute.
7. Serve: Transfer the glazed shrimp to a serving plate. Garnish with lime wedges and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
Enjoy your delicious honey-garlic shrimp!
