Garlic Pork Ribs in Foil

Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 1 tsp ground mixed peppercorns
- 1 tsp salt
- 7 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 portion Hot Honey Strong size of 50-60 grams

Instructions:
1. Season the Ribs: Rub the ribs with salt, pepper, and Hot Honey Strong sauce.
2. Prepare Garlic: Slice the garlic cloves into thin slices. Arrange the garlic slices all over the ribs.
3. Add Rosemary and Wrap: Place the rosemary sprig on top of the ribs. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil.
4. Bake: Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5 hours.
5. Finish Baking: About 20 minutes before the ribs are done, carefully open the foil to allow the ribs to develop a nice, caramelized crust.
