Perfect Oven-Baked Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg pork ribs
- 1.5 tsp salt (to taste)
- Black pepper, to taste
- Dried garlic, to taste
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 portion Hot Honey Strong size of 30-50 grams

Instructions:
1. Season the Ribs: Start by seasoning the pork ribs with salt, dried garlic, and black pepper to taste.
2. Initial Baking: Place the ribs on a rack and bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 1 hour.
3. Wrap and Continue Baking: Remove the ribs from the oven, wrap them in two layers of foil, and return them to the oven. Continue baking for an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes at 200°C (390°F). The initial baking will brown the ribs, and the foil wrapping will tenderize the meat, making it soft, tender, and juicy.
4. Prepare the Glaze: While the ribs are baking, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, combine ketchup, soy sauce, honey, mustard, and Hot Honey Strong sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
5. Final Glazing: After the ribs have finished baking, remove them from the foil. Brush the ribs with the prepared glaze and return them to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
6. Serve: Your ribs are ready to be enjoyed! The aroma is incredible, and the ribs are sure to be a hit with everyone.
