Pork Ribs in sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp spices and seasoning blend
- 1 portion Hot Honey Classic (or Hot Choco Honey) size of 70-80 grams
Instructions:
1. Season and Marinate: Rub the ribs with the spices and seasoning blend. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Hot Honey Classic sauce, and soy sauce. Coat the ribs with this mixture and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
3. Prepare for Baking: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated ribs on the parchment.
4. Bake: Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes on each side, or until they are golden and crispy.
Before serving, top with Hot Honey Classic sauce or for those who like a more intense flavour, top with our Hot Choco Honey sauce.
